I agree that by participating in this experience, I am releasing DIMENSIONS ESCAPE ROOMS, JEER TX LLC, and all other entities from all liability that may occur during this experience including financial liability. Such instances include, but are not limited to malfunctioning, equipment failure, and negligence.

I acknowledge that there may be effects used inside of the experiences. I may request that they be disabled for medical reasons, and Dimensions Escape Rooms and all other entities will attempt to accommodate such requests. These effects include, but are not limited to:

• Strobing Lights
• Fog Machines
• Laser Lights
• Brief Loud Noises

While Dimensions Escape Rooms may try to accommodate any sensitivities to these items, I understand that some or all effects may not be able to be disabled fully or partially. I understand the risks involved with participating as a spectator or participant, and assume all risks associated with participating in an escape room experience.

I agree to indemnify and defend Dimensions Escape Rooms against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my family’s use of or presence upon the facilities. I will also make every effort to obey any safety precautions which may be posted inside of the rooms or explained to me verbally. I may ask for clarification.

I agree to reimburse DIMENSIONS ESCAPE ROOMS, JEER TX LLC, and/or all other entities for damages I inflict on the property or material goods owned by DIMENSIONS ESCAPE ROOMS, intentionally or unintentionally, during the course of the event. The value of such reimbursement will be at a cost deemed appropriate by DIMENSIONS ESCAPE ROOMS.

I also understand that the staff at Dimensions Escape Rooms reserves the right to refuse service for anyone, any reason, at any time WITHOUT refunding any portion of your tickets.

Due to the nature of escape rooms, video and audio recordings may be obtained throughout your experience. Such photos, videos, or materials may be used for any purpose as seen fit by Dimensions Escape Rooms.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, agree, and are bound to the terms and conditions set forth on the Dimensions Escape Room Participant Release and Waiver Agreement.
