As a participant in the room escape game/activity and any related activities organized by Angels & Ghosts, LLC d/b/a Escape Room Downtown (the “Company”), and/or in exchange for use of the property, facilities, and services of the Company, I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by the employees, representatives, or agents of the Company. I understand that the room escape game/activity involves searching for clues and objects in an enclosed area with other participants. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with participation in the activities described above and organized by the Company. I understand and assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself, minors who I bring with me to play, and for any personal injury I cause others. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities of the Company, in addition to payment of any fee or charge, I do hereby waive, release, covenant not to sue, and forever discharge the Company, its employees, representatives, or agents from any and all responsibilities or liabilities for injuries or damages resulting from my participation in any activities organized by the Company.

I further release and discharge the Company for injury, loss, or damage arising out of my use of or presence upon the facilities of the Company, whether caused by the fault of myself or other third parties. The Company may use special effects and elements of surprise. I agree to compensate the Company for all damages to the facilities of the Company caused by my negligent, reckless, or willful actions.

I certify that I have read and understand this agreement, and I agree with all of its contents.
